Arron Banks holds 1,991,241 ordinary shares in
the Company in his own name. Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited hold a
further 67,556,695 ordinary shares in the Company on his behalf.
These shareholdings in total amount to 69,547,936 shares and
represent 15.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Paul Chase-Gardener holds 33,050,286 ordinary shares in the
Company through J M Finn Nominees and the Self Invested Pension
Plan of his wife, Jane Chase-Gardener, holds 650,000 ordinary
shares in the Company. These shareholdings in total amount to
33,700,286 shares and represent 7.38% of the issued capital of the
Company.
John Gannon holds 37,163,728 ordinary shares in the Company
through Rock Nominees which represents 8.15% of the issued capital
of the Company.
In addition to the personal shareholdings detailed above, Arron
Banks, Paul Chase-Gardener and John Gannon together control both
Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited ("SRICL") and Rock Holdings
Limited.
SRICL holds 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company which
represents 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Rock Holdings Employee Benefits Trust hold 5,230,068 ordinary
shares in the Company which represent 1.15% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
As at 1st December 2011, 43.08% of the issued share capital was not in public hands.
As at 1st December 2011, Brightside Group plc does not hold any treasury shares.
The ordinary shares of the company are traded solely on AIM.
