Lead Generation – The Quota Marketing team generate quotes by telephoning existing Brightside customers and/or customers who have previously requested a quote from one of our businesses in advance of their renewal date. The team transfer calls through to the relevant business who can offer the customer the opportunity to save money on their insurance renewal.
In the first 6 months of 2010, over 1.9 million outbound dials to prospective customers were made by Quota Marketing.
Lead by Operations Manager Carly Sorrell, Quota Marketing collate data records in a central database, maximising the economies of scale that exist across the Brightside Group.
GAP Insurance – Quota Marketing are GAP Insurance specialists. The team contact all Brightside motor insurance customers to offer them cover against financial loss in the event that their vehicle is written off.
We now help to insure 11,000 GAP and the team generates over 60 new policies every day.
Lead by Head of Sales Lance Testa, the team are dedicated to providing simple, great value GAP insurance solutions to the Group’s customers.
Quota Marketing employs over seventy people and is based in the Brightside Group Head Office in Aust. We have augmented our core activities by creating non-competing quote opportunities for third parties in line with their bespoke requirements, as well as managing a large number of targeted insurance and financial services telemarketing campaigns.
