The founders of our business, Executive Directors Arron Banks, John Gannon and Paul Chase-Gardener remain very active in the determination of the business strategy. Their day-to-day involvement in the business, fused with the depth of experience of our Non-Executive Directors, creates the platform from which we will continue to succeed.
